Job Summary
As a moderator, you will ensure that listings achieve over 98% accuracy and are completed within established SLA/TAT times. You will independently monitor your performance metrics, track progress, and adapt based on business needs. Your focus will be on achieving 100% user satisfaction and preventing client or customer escalations.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English reading and speaking.
- Skilled in using computers and MS Office.
- Ability to type 30 words per minute in the preferred language.
- Familiarity with Google Maps navigation and geography.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and communicate them to supervisors.
- Flexible to work different shifts based on business requirements.
- Apply theoretical knowledge effectively.
- Exercise sound judgment to ensure accurate information is updated on maps.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading & speaking English

- Should have fair knowledge above navigation on Google Maps & Geography
- Should be able to identify the area of Opportunity and bring it to the notice of supervisor

- Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice
- Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front.
