As an entry-level Customer Success Manager (CSM) focused on Canonical’s tech segment, this role involves supporting a diverse set of users to ensure an exceptional Ubuntu experience. You’ll manage a customer portfolio, providing guidance, solutions, onboarding, and helping users realize the full value of Canonical products. You’ll also engage in campaign activities, collaborate with teams, and work remotely from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer support requests and enrich documentation.
- Lead customer campaigns through digital touchpoints.
- Onboard new users to products like Ubuntu Pro, OpenStack, and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with Sales and Support to enhance customer engagement plans.
