Overview:
Cialfo is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Product Support Specialists to join our remote team. As a key player in our support division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective support to users via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Educate users on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay user feedback and suggest improvements.
- Maintain detailed records of user interactions and resolutions in our support ticketing system.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and support skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service or support.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using support tools and technology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Previous experience in a product support role is a plus.
