Responsibilities of Flight Support Executive – 
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice based phone service
  • Support customers across telecommunication/ email and chat 
  • Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
  • Clarify customer requirements
  • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and a professional manner using agreed upon procedures virtually
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Responsibilities of Air Ticketing Executive –
  • PNR creation, issuance, re-issuance, changes/ cancellation, rescheduling
  • Coordinating with airline and customers over the phone and emails
  • Responsible for revenue generation for the company.
