Responsibilities of Flight Support Executive –
- Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice based phone service
- Support customers across telecommunication/ email and chat
- Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution
- Clarify customer requirements
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and a professional manner using agreed upon procedures virtually
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
- PNR creation, issuance, re-issuance, changes/ cancellation, rescheduling
- Coordinating with airline and customers over the phone and emails
- Responsible for revenue generation for the company.
