Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate, complete, and valid information using appropriate tools and methods.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to customers for account verification.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize documents.
  • Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Manage complaints, offer timely solutions, and follow up to confirm resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Strong skills in phone, email, and chat handling, with active listening.
  • Proficient communication in English, Hindi, and your regional language (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
