Job responsibility :-

Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Skills required :-

Spoken fluency in Tamil language and business proficiency in English

Ability to make sales calls and achieve sales targets

Good understanding of regional social media platforms and trends especially in the Astrology & devotion category

Understanding of ShareChat and our target audience and users is a must.

Strong ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines

Discipline and rigor to ensure day-to-day tasks are closed with no lags

Ability to communicate effectively in and across teams; must possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Track record of results-oriented achievements and successful strategy execution

Detail-oriented organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
