Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative – 
  • Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Email and social media
  • Solving customer queries on chat related to phone bill and network related issues
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team leader and operations team.
