Key Roles & Responsibilities
Zscaler is seeking an experienced Intern, Expense Reimbursement to join the Expense Reimbursement team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Procure to Pay, this role involves:
- Reviewing global card transactions and responding to email inquiries.
- Reconciling daily credit card transactions with bank statements, merchant accounts, and internal records for accuracy.
- Auditing expenses in line with the company’s travel and expense policy, identifying discrepancies for management.
- Managing monthly financial closings and ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.
- Acting as a liaison with internal teams, government entities, and external accountants to meet information needs and maintain historical records.
